While your complete satisfaction is our goal, we stand behind our products wholeheartedly. Balancing Act Rehabilitation PLLC is unable to accept returns at this time. Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Balancingactrehab.com will make every effort to validate your shipping address, however please be aware that if the shipping vendor finds that there are errors or the address is undeliverable, you are agreeing to pay a $18 fee for address corrections and/or package rerouting.
